Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings from April 2026:

Cancellations & Fees
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the full treatment cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method either by BASC or a SumUp Link.

Rescheduling
Due to the nature of a mobile service, travel planning, and pre-booked regular appointment slots across service areas, rescheduling is not available for appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window. Any new appointment must be booked separately and is subject to availability.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows
Clients who are not present at the agreed appointment time or who are significantly late may be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Outstanding Fees & Future Bookings
Clients who fail to pay a cancellation fee will forfeit the right to make any future bookings until the outstanding balance has been settled. Continued non-payment may result in permanent refusal of service.

New Client Bookings
All new clients are required to pay the full cost of their treatment at least 7 days prior to their scheduled appointment in order to secure their booking. Appointments without payment within this timeframe may be released.

Why This Policy Exists
As a mobile therapist, travel time, fuel, and scheduling logistics are carefully planned in advance. Late cancellations prevent the opportunity to offer that appointment to other clients and result in lost business time.
